Plan for one uninterrupted sitting of about 45 to 60 minutes: three timed sections (30 minutes total) and a timed written answer (10 minutes), plus intro questions, a webcam step, and a short video. Once the timed part begins it runs in one continuous shot - each section is timed, and the whole timed part has an overall limit of about 60 minutes, with no pausing. Your link works once. The 72 hours is your window to find the time and begin - you can stop before the timed part and reopen the link within 72 hours; after that the assessment closes for good. Answers save automatically.

How this works

Every applicant takes the same assessment for their role, on their own personal link. It's how we give every candidate a fair, equal look beyond the resume.

You have 72 hours from your first visit to find the time and begin. Up until the timed part starts, your link brings you back where you left off. Once the timed part begins, it runs in one continuous sitting - each section is timed and the whole timed part has an overall time limit, so start it only when you have a quiet, uninterrupted block of time.
