This notice explains what information we collect when you take our online pre-employment assessment, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to job applicants and is separate from the privacy policy that governs our client services.
We use this information solely to evaluate your application for the role you applied to, and to maintain the integrity of the assessment. We do not use it for advertising.
Your multiple-choice answers are scored automatically. No artificial intelligence scores you, ranks you, or makes any hiring decision. Every application is reviewed by a person, and a person makes all hiring decisions. We do not run facial recognition or any automated analysis on your photos or video.
We do not sell or share your information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to members of our hiring team.
We keep assessment records for as long as needed for our hiring process and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and then delete them. Optional camera photos and any video you record are stored securely with your application records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Information is stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the hiring team.
Consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and other applicable privacy laws, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also decline the optional camera and video features and still complete the assessment, and you may request a reasonable accommodation. To make any of these requests, email jobs@vk.law.
